Accountant and happy seasons restaurant in China town

What a busy week this has been!

Went to see our accountant today to learn about how to set up a limited company. Been 10 years since I last saw him in person. He has definitely got bigger than I remembered:)

He gave us a lot of information on this matter. Some of them went straight over my head. Will do a lot of googling before we actually get the company set up.

After that meeting, we went to the Chinese restaurant in china town called happy seasons. The food were served in large portion and tasted really good. Will defo go there again!

Here is a photo of that restaurant.

Very happy that Prison Widow likes the logo I designed for her. It will be used on our future printings.

I also enjoyed reading one of Prison Widow's poems today. It was so touching.

Here is the link for it:

The samples we received for the future gift shop are great. Will be busy getting them printed soon:)

Busy busy busy :)

Lenovo All In One Computer screen flickers, fades, blacks out

It is frustrating when the new pc failed after just 3 weeks.

It is more frustrating when neither the shop nor the manufacturer wanted it back.

Adding to that frustration, is that it was brought by Santa as a Christmas present to a little girl who couldn't understand why Santa gave her a faulty one.

Personally I would not recommend this brand to anyone. If you google it, you will find pages of pages of complaints from their unhappy customers world wide.

This is our first as well as the last of Lenovo product.

Nintendo Wii U and Super Mario Bros U

Bought a wii u console for my little boy and he was over the moon.

When I watched him playing his favorite super mario bro u on this console, I had to admire how well his little fingers coordinated with all the bits on the game pad.

I had a go at it during his break. After half an hour, I couldn't feel my thumbs and failed miserably.

I remember the time when I had the first super mario game on my gameboy, in black and white. I just got my first degree and started my first job.

At that time, I was the only one in my neighborhood who owned a gameboy and I was the centre of envy.

My niece used to borrow it and always came back to me for help when she got stuck on some level.

I remember we gasped, screamed, cheered and all the rest of it, while trying to squeeze our heads into that small circle to get a glimpse on that tiny screen.

How time has changed...

Those days were long gone...

How much I miss my youth...

I started super mario when I was already working. My little boy started mario when he was 2 years old! Now the game is played on a 60" screen as well as on the game pad.

My husband is a kind of what you call "true gentleman" and very rarely argues with anyone or about anything. When at the first parent meeting the teacher pointed out that our son needed to learn to improve his coordination, I remember my hubby immediately said : "I don't think so"!

...

It was a joy to be sitting there admiring how well my little boy was playing it and how much he was enjoying it. His smile meant everything:-)

New template

Really like this new template. Those pigeons flying away from this page just clicked something inside me...

孔雀东南飞,五里一徘徊

Feels weird

This feels a bit going backwards, doesn't it? People started writing their blogs years ago, then moved on to myspace, then facebook... I am abandoning facebook and getting on blogs.

Well the man next to me just said: "That's about right. You are always against rules" Haha, that is very true:)
